Has anyone else seen the Boo Radleys live at Kilburn National Ballroom on e-bay? £4.99!! And I was there!!! Isn't this copyright infringement.

No it's a message board. Wink

Ebay don't allow the sale of Bootlegs & if you reported it they'd probably take it down.

I don't really agree with selling this sort of thing, it should be shared!
The Black Crowes had quite an enlightened approach to bootlegging.
They allowed fans to record shows so long as they only traded recordings & didn't sell them. They even set aside areas at gigs for people to stand with microphones on poles & all sorts!
Another approach to this is Marillion who record their own gigs from the mixing desk and charge £80 for 6 "releases" in a record club sort of format.
Led Zeppelin even included some bootleg footage on their last DVD as this was the only available source.

Same problem different solutions.

I bought the kilburn concert on video from ebay. It looked like an official promotional item from a US record label to me. Not a bootleg. Maybe the thing on ebay is another copy of this.

Oh i have that on vid somewhere. i'm on it too.
It was an ace gig though, and the chemcal brothers did the aftershow party. it was manic.
I drove down to london and slept in the back of my van after the gig. I was only little then Wink

I should dig it out and encode it for one and all. I have stacks of boos recorded off the tv, including their first apearence on "snub tv" from 90/91ish, when sice had long hair and you can't see Martins eyes for his fringe.
