Hmm... I guess you could get a little webspace from Geocities or other free web hosting thingies, but that's a bit complicated. How about your own website...?
With www.yousendit.com or www.dropload.com you can upload big files on their server and the recipient gets an e-mail with a download link, but there's usually a download limit and usually it's very low.
Of course you can always send it to me using one of the abovementioned methods, and I'll upload it on my site... _________________

The thing about my own web site is that you can only put stuff up on it via dial up (it's a long story! Basically, that's how come it's free hosting), and also there's currently something wrong with it all and I can't upload anything (very annoying - due to some virus that screwed it all up).
I've also just notices that annoyingly my mix is in wma format here on my work PC, and the CD is at home. One of those days I guess! _________________ http://www.facebook.com/thelostcavalry

...I'll get round to sorting it out another day I guess! Maybe I should just give my parents a fiver and leave loads of stuff uploading overnight (that's the other thing - I don't have a phone even at home, so I have to go to my parents house to upload anything! How hi-tech am I for a software engineer?! ) _________________ http://www.facebook.com/thelostcavalry

If it's a good quality WMA, then there's no problem... I can convert it to mp3 and upload it then. It's up to you mate. _________________

Cheers Tommy, I'll probably take you up on your kind offer, need to do some work now though - all of a sudden I have about 5 things happening at once and it's 4:30pm already! Plus I only got 3 hours sleep so I'm getting a bit spaced out now!
...But I'll get back to you mate! Cheers!

that's the opening track off a recent squarepusher album - it's the album that has a dark blue and white sleeve and has a cover of 'love will tear us apart' at the end.
i want to know what the track is at 21:42 "what's your name? lisa! where you from? 9th street! where you going? to the party! can i come? uh-huh!" |

the squarepusher tune is the single mix, i don't think the album was out then (the single came out months before). i'd like to hear it actually. see what i was listening to. we should do a comp to see if anyone can name every track.

that would be a great competition!
i recognise this track in there too:
http://www.johnnyspencer.info/imagetexts15/chasethedevilMR.htm
which is the track that was sampled on 'out of space' by the prodigy:
Lucifer son of the morning, I'm gonna chase you out of earth!
I'm gonna put on a iron shirt, and chase satan out of earth
I'm gonna put on a iron shirt, and chase the devil out of earth
I'm gonna send him to outa space, to find another race
I'm gonna send him to outa space, to find another race
Satan is an evilous man,
But him can't chocks it on I-man
So when I check him my lassing hand
And if him slip, I gaan with him hand
I'm gonna put on a iron shirt, and chase satan out of earth
I'm gonna put on a iron shirt, and chase the devil out of earth
I'm gonna send him to outa space, to find another race
I'm gonna send him to outa space, to find another race
Him haffi drop him fork and run
Him can't stand up to Jah Jah son
Him haffi lef' ya with him gun
Dig off with him bomb
I'm gonna put on a iron shirt, and chase satan out of earth
I'm gonna put on a iron shirt, and chase the devil out of earth
I'm gonna send him to outa space, to find another race
I'm gonna send him to outa space, to find another race
them's proper lyrics innit! |

Might be a nervous breakdown!
I've been going out too much recently, and having too many rehearsals for a play I'm in, plus working full time with deadlines on the way!
...and then I get to work and have to spend an hour emailing and texting people to try to convince them to come to the Marquee Club thing tomorrow! (got 8 of us to go so far!)
Hopefully a restful (ish!) weekend though!
