Mr Carr will be performing a special laptop set at our club night, in the bustling metropolis that is Howden, East Yorkshire. Support will (hopefully) come from Robochrist. More info to follow....

It's a sort of village round Hull and York way. I don't drive so I'm not great at directions, but I'll try and get some

I know (knew) the way. I installed a god awful database for an estate agents there in 2002. Hopefully none of them will be at the gig or I could be a dead man.

It wasn't Screetons, but a quick google reveals the location of Market Place, which rings a bell. Maybe Screetons took them over.... if so.

AAAAH HAHAHAHAhahahahahah!

I don't suppose you know if there's any B&B's or hotel around there?

In Howden itself there's not much. I think the only place is The Minster View, a pub not far from the Hall.
I'll try and find out if there's anywhere else for you
