Does anyone know any good sites to find rare cds?
I'm trying to get hold of an album called (i think) "stageshow day" by a band called bedazzled... early 90s indie a bit like the charlatons... i've had a copied tape of it for years, ever since it took our 6th form common room by storm... probably not that good but rose-tintes specs and all that...
i can barely even find any evidence that the band existed on the internet, never mind find anywhere where i can buy a copy...
any useful ideas out there? _________________ Scattershot Writing: www.jameseverington.blogspot.com |

if it is any good for what you are looking for I have found what i wanted on:
www.cdexpress.com
but... it is 30 euros (20pounds?) which seems a bit much for a piddling indie cd so i am going to continue my search when my eyes can focus again.... _________________ Scattershot Writing: www.jameseverington.blogspot.com |

I still haven't found Learning To Walk by The Boo's anywhere... I've seen it in eBay for a couple of times, but it has always been too expensive or not available in Europe. I already spent a fortune when I bought Ichabod & I. Any suggestions? |

It's here: www.cow.co.uk
What's more, it's only £8.95 plus postage & VAT, so it's only going to be about a tenner.
They're worth trying for stuff, reasonable prices & a good range.

um well... yeah, thanks for your help. but... the problem is that i don't have a credit card. when i buy cd's on ebay, i just send the money in cash to the sellers and that's it - that's how i've bought most of my boo cd's.
maybe someone with a credit card could help me with this... you know that you can trust me don't you? i would pay some extra of course. if someone can help me, just drop me an e-mail: tomiv@earthling.net |

the Bedazzled album was called Sugarfree I think - the lead singer is now in a band called Earnest Cox who I saw last weekend - they were ace! |

well... I wrote that nearly three years ago!
(just look at the dates when the messages above have been posted...)
I bought/exchanged
(I can't even remember anymore)
the
original
edition of 'Learning To Walk' from our very own Dubya-T, I'm sure it was around that time too.

Bloody hell, that's a throwback!
I have a Kinky Machine 12" single somewhere. "Swivelhead" I think. It was dead good as I remember, even if the title does sound like a Gillette razor or a toothbrush!
Was it them that did "Going Out With God"? _________________ We would like to announce that due to cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off..... |
