Loop Duplicate My Heart by Suburban Kids With Biblical Names - song of the week on the Radcliffe and Maccoine radio show and TOTD and the bravecaptain website. Its a double whammy that any band would be proud of.

well my toes curled at the thought when I heard that the Manics had covered Working Class Hero on the new album, but actually Bradfield's done a good adaptation. I half expected that nasty Jones boy to be the one doing the vocal, thanks f*ck he didn't!

Heard Marianne Faithful's version on the radio the other night. Not bad actually.

I'll refrain from posting a TOTD, suffice to say Marillion have a new album out.

I've managed to, er, 'acquire' the album and it's just rather lovely so it is. Trying to track down that mini ep also but no look in any Sheffield shop so far....

Tune of the day: Get It On by Grinderman. They were ace at ATP, but not quite as good as Low who were amazing. Dirty Three were also amazing of course, but then I expected that Wink

Porcupine Tree's new album "Fear Of A Blank Planet" is sounding rather good at the moment.
