well i'm going up the ladder buying a house with a dodgy cellar in gloucester for a mere 100k when my brother, is selling his for 380k. Who feels silly now!!!! oh how i should have gone to university and got a proper job.

I'll start to feel grown up just about as soon as I figure out where the hell I'm gonna find Â£900 quid a month from! Right now I feel like an 18-yr-old student who is spending much more than he has, while sticking his head in the sand and pretending it will all be okay soon Laughing
