Nah, all the music-Nazi's are hanging on for W = Wagner. Apparently.

T= Tindersticks, purely because Marbles has just come up on my shuffle function, and I haven't heard it for years and being reminded of how sad you were when you were young is almost humbling...

The precursor of indie blah blah blah
Drop dead cool blah blah blah

Not disputing this, just prefer Velocity Girl Very Happy

Surely V is for Various Artists, the eclectic and prolific group responsible for the first CD I ever bought – Smash Hits 1989.

W is for White Stripes who lulled the world into a false sense of security by releasing the quirky and not very good “Get Behind Me Satan” before unleashing the mighty slab of gorgeous rock goodness that is “Icky Thump”. Plus they make the effort to dress up a bit. All popstars should dress up a bit.

but for 4 top albums, particularly Jordon The Comeback (only rivalled by Kingsize for its poptastic aceness) and some top lyrics they'll always have a place in me 'eart.

TTL My top two most favourite albums ever. What are the odds on that?

Y is for yo LA tengo - and then nothing turned itself inside out is one of me all time faves, and bring backs happy memories of, er, decorating me house.

I once went to a night club in New York where they had chairs which doubled as bongos. You haven't experienced true happiness until you've spent half an hour playing along to dance tunes on a bongo.
