Pain that they cut off the last bar of It's Lulu too!

I'd forgotten that they used to have that little stripey black and white box in the corner of the screen when there was about to be an advert break... why did they do that? It's a mystery.

It's also a mystery (to me!) how they put cranes up on the top of sky scrapers while they're building them. Do they just use an even bigger crane? And if so, how do they put that one up? If anyone knows I would genuinely like to know!
