THUMP!
Some bird just hit my window a minute ago.
Now the poor bugger is lying dead on the ground, under my window.
This is the second thread about a dead bird I've posted here.
My windows must be dangerous.
When the poor little bird woke up this morning
It probably didn't expect that its life would end so soon.
Maybe tomorrow morning when I'm on my way to work again
A truck drives over me and THUMP! - I die just like that.
But this little bird didn't die in vain
Again it made me realise that life is too short to be wasted on stupid things
And it can all end before you say THUMP.
Tomorrow I'm going to bury this bird next to the other bird that died last year, under the same tree.
Rest in Peace, Bird.

| I CAN SYMPATHISE WITH BIRD I ONCE RAN INTO THE DOUBLE GLAZED PATIO DOORS WHEN THE PHONE WAS RINGING AND I DIDNT KNOW THEY WERE SHUT. BLOODY HURT AND NEARLY KNOCKED POOR KEN OUT! |

However, I'm glad you're still here with us, in the world of mortals and Euro 2004 and the new bravecaptain ep.
*sniff sniff*
Don't worry KEN - if I die I will invite you to my funeral and give you some driving instructions...
Oh well, I think I'm just going to be extra careful tomorrow morning and make sure that trucks don't hit me.
