The Inland Revenue have just given me a very nice sum of Tax back.
Most is going on water proofing for Glasto but I'm going to treat myself to two new albums. I want them to be new and fairly unlike anything I've heard before.
What should I get?
Kinks

Now I know you can't be talking about them, so can you describe for me?

whoever built the bees website knows knob all about how search engines work. their new site is at:
http://www.thebees.info/theBees.html
new single is "horsemen", but the other stuff on the album is better and they are the greatest live band. they can all play all instruments and change round for each song. plus trumpets and shit. and the singer can sing, like when he sings the track "i love you" off the new album it is goose pimples time. |

I believe that Chikinki should have an album out soon (I know there's a single out). They've got an amazing wall-o-sound-y-screachy-thingy-going-on... |

speaking of screachy noises the New Sonic Youth album is something of a return to form from what I've heard.

Marillion - Marbles. (The Double CD from the website. The single one in the shops is only half the story.)
I guarantee it's not the sort of thing you've ever heard before!
Put aside all your pre-conceptions, turn off the lights and listen to it loud. You may well be surprised!
Wonderful stuff! _________________ We would like to announce that due to cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off..... |
