BRAVE CAPTAIN live cd LIVERPOOL 2002 @ eBay.com
Who is polakadorable, a.k.a. Philip?
Is he one of us? He lives in the USA and has lots of other incredibly expensive live stuff for sale. No wonder no one has made a bid for any of those yet... hee hee!

no idea who polakadorable is, but i've traded this show (without the artwork) a few times, so i could be indirectly responsible.
sorry
if anyone wants a (slightly cheaper
or free
) copy, they're welcome. |

I might be interested actually... Have you made your own artwork on it and everything? Perhaps we could trade something (again)?
EDIT:
just read your message again... you obviously do NOT have artwork for it. Bugger.

i do have some, very primitive, artwork which i made myself.
it consists of one of the pictures from the live section of this site, with bravecaptain liverpool barfly 27 november 2002 written on top, and the tracklisting on the back. my printer is refusing to print it, so it may remain forever on my computer.
presumably you have the concert itself, tomi?
very happy to do a trade, if it's really of interest. |

Yeah, I have the songs on MP3 and I could copy it on CD if necessary... anyway, could you e-mail the artwork for me or something? I don't know what to send in exchange but I'll remember that when we trade something else again in the future...! _________________

Well, I was just actually thinking about going to bed...
honestly.
I have a feeling that someone's making fun of the fact that I use a lot of smileys in my messages.
Now, before I go to bed, I must ask this.
Why is 'Four Saints' actually called 'Four Saints'?
Because in the song Sice sings
'There are
three
saints that shaped my life
Alban, Bede and Mary'
in the end. There are only three saints, so who's the fourth?
HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT THAT?
WELL HAVE YOU?
I bet you haven't. Neither had I, until 2 minutes ago.
Why did Martin never tell us? Is there something that he's hiding from us? Maybe the answer is just very simple - perhaps the fourth saint is called Gertrud or Hannelore or Birgitta (saints sometimes have funny names like that), so the name didn't rhyme very well with the others, and Martin just decided to discard it, hoping that no one would ever notice.
Or maybe there's something else. Maybe the fourth saint knows a horrible secret and it has been locked in the attic in a little birdcage behind the old wooden cupboard?
Ooh wait, I think I know the answer. The fourth saint is Roger Moore.
Good night. My soul can finally rest in peace now.
Fuck I'm tired.

wasn't shit.
forgetting the first line of the first song wasn't too clever!
shit turnout for a
nearly
hometown gig. not many there.
i still have the setlist from that gig stuck to my wall. the height of tasteful decor.
i have also forgotten (or never knew) who the fourth saint is/was. remember you saying who the person was in the first verse, who walked too fast. can't remember their name. are/were they a saint? |
