| How cool is that? What an unexpected surprise. Its bad news about the touring, I really want to see BC live when I get back to the UK. |

agree.
can't wait for the new material next year, if it's better than '04 then I expect it will already top my best of.
also, guess america would be off the tour list for good at this rate.
thanks, martin, for the soundtrack to this year and merry x-mas all!! |

Yeah, bad news about touring, I'd really love to see bravecaptain live when I come over to England again. I've always somehow managed to plan my trips so that I get to see bravecaptain somewhere, it's been quite amazing really. Well, perhaps not next time (don't know when that's going to be though!) but who knows, maybe there will be some gigs after all.
Well, despite of that, I found the interview a nice thing to read and it left me in a happy mood. I'm back at my parents's house now, haven't been here (in my old hometown) for quite a while so it's great to have a little Christmas holiday. I've also been very busy for some time now (you just haven't probably noticed that since I still post a lot of nonsense!)
I haven't listened to the new song yet because my mum is listening to her awful Christmas records, but I'll let her do that this time, it's Christmas after all...
We had an awful storm here last night and there was a 16-hour blackout because some trees had fallen on the powerlines (I can't remember anything like that happening for
ages
!) but all is well now. I had to get online today when I remembered the bravecaptain Christmas surprise.
Thanks for that Martin.
Happy holidays to you all, thanks for making this messageboard the greatest place in the kingdom of Internet (and for allowing me to post a lot of tommyboo nonsense ). x _________________

It is indeed a nice surprise song, and a good suggestion to donate to charity rather than pay for it...
Interesting interview - I am slightly worried about not being able to get down-load only new releases though as I think I am moving in with my girlfriend early next year, but don't want to miss any BC material!
Happy Christmas all, Bev _________________ Scattershot Writing: www.jameseverington.blogspot.com |

it really is a seroius shame about the live gig thing. After the 20 minutes I saw in Nottinghma, plus the live album, I really was excited and looking forward to more.
But.......... oh well hopefully a new album in a few months!
Excellent news xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx _________________ "fashioned by the blade of a world that doesn't care,

I feel sorry about the touring, there seems to be little chance for me to attend though. I always imagine how wonderful it is when I listen to the live album, which I listen every day since I got, really.I should've gone and seen even if I got into debt. It's almost decade since I saw the boo's gigs in tokyo. wish the situation will dramatically change. I mean my situation...
Thanks for new mp3 |

The live thing is a real same. Totally understandble however. I always try to go twice on each tour but the turnout on the last few dates I have been to has been woeful.
If martin does just play a couple of promoter only dates next year I will still go, It is just a shame no one gets up off there arses in the great wide world and makes an effort to seek out live music. (Unless its Franz "one song" Ferdinand" or the White "no songs" Stripes etc.)
If an old Bastard like me still goes surely some of these student types could make an effort?
Happy Boxing Day. x |
