2004.
Not the best year ever but not the worst either.
I lost someone close to me and almost lost someone else too.
I quit my job in July which was a very good decision and a day after that I was in England.
Football, music, girls, booze and stuff - just how good is that?
And tea of course. I'm still sick of beans on toast though.
Also, I must be the only person in the world who actually likes Barnsley.
I was busier than ever before in my life, I think.
But also very bored at times, which was... boring.
I developed an unhealthy coffee + tea addiction.
And I must have drunk 1500 cups of tea last year.
Coffee & stuff kept me awake for days and my sleeping patterns were all fucked up.
And they still are.
Then I remembered my doctor saying that that isn't good for me
and that I'll end up killing myself that way!
So I'll try to make a change in 2005 (New Years resolution!)
I also had very philosophical thoughts in 2004. (er.. yeah)
This year I want to write a book again. (if I have enough time, that is)
I want to do something good too but don't know what that would be!
Also, I won't be posting very much for some time probably
but I'll keep watching you so be good!
2005 - the best year
ever

Why not? Are you going into Tea Rehab? The first step is to admit you have a problem. |

it's so hard to summarise a whole year, the view at this end is so distorted, but yeah, not the best of years, not the worst.
reslution: get a new job before I kill my boss!
and: get my hair cut (last cut summer 2002!)
um

Ha ha, no, it's nothing like that. (although it might be quite a good idea actually!)
I'm just going to be busy with some
Real Life
(tm)
stuff in the near future, that's why. I'll also try to speak less and do more things this year... I'll still probably waste far too much time here though.
Today I had my hair cut. About time too - last cut summer 2002 by the way, so Gillworm it's definitely time to cut yours now.

Yes, 2004 was not the best and not the worst...but for me a few things really didn't go well.
For the first time in my life I was completely taken by a man's lovely face, only to realize it was a woman...haha...that was the novelty btw, that it was a girl.
In 2005, young as it may be, I fainted for the first time. It was proper fainting, I was blacked out.

2004:
Was a good year.
It started badly and got better and better.
I met loads of new people, including some really good friends,
I joined a few new bands and played some gigs round London,
I moved into a nice new flat,
I bought a nice new car (well, I got a loan and bought one anyway!)
I went out absolutely loads to loads of clubs and gigs and parties and made the most of being single and living in London!
I had a fantastic December with a wonderful Swedish girl I met.
2005:
Will be even better!
The main thing i didn't manage in 2004 was to go abroad much, so my resolution for this year is to go to 12 different countries in the next 12 months!

Scary, me too! I've no idea why, I just got up out the chair and collapsed, then woke up on the floor all groggy (and no wasn't drunk!)

Whoa Beverly my dear...we are nearly twins
I know exactly why I fainted though, because God made me a woman...gggrrrrr...it's sick that something supposedly natural is meant to be so hard but...if I'm speaking in riddles...it was the monthly torture, but I had never fainted of it before.

Uh, I get ya - It aint riddles to me!
There's a good story by Margaret Atwood called "Fainting" - well, a very short piece of words, not sure if "story" is quite right. Have you read it?[/i] _________________ Scattershot Writing: www.jameseverington.blogspot.com |
