The NME says:
"The material shows a huge progression from the classic Coldplay sound, mixing their trademark anthems with ’70s electronica. David Bowie, Bob Dylan and Brian Eno are all influences, while ‘Talk’ features the riff from Kraftwerk’s ‘Computer Love’."
Can this only be a good thing???????? _________________ "fashioned by the blade of a world that doesn't care,

I find Coldplay fantastically over rated. I have only liked one song from each of there albums (which I think were "don't panic and "clocks" respectively - if anyone cares) other than that rather dull springs to mind. _________________ "we wanted to make a sound like penguins going to the post office to collect their pension money" |

I must confess that i really like the first coldplay album and thought there were quite a few good songs on the last album too. I am looking forward to their new one. _________________ Martin O'Neill's Claret And Blue Army |

I like 'em. Although, I have to admit I can't think of a single thing to add here to persuade anyone to listen to them.
Ah feckit, go and listen to Neu! instead. _________________ Scattershot Writing: www.jameseverington.blogspot.com |
