Hmm. I find it impossible to pick just one of those.
Giant Steps, Wake Up!, C'mon Kids and Kingsize are all wonderful (of course the others are very good too) so my favourite could be any one of those. _________________

No doubt about it. Kingsize.
Kingsize is the album that defined the 1990s for me. No other album comes close in my opinion with the possible exception of Giant Steps. With every listen, Kingsize reminds me what it is I love about music. It's topical (Monuments For A Dead Century) and yet it is timeless (Eurostar). It's powerful (Free Huey) yet it has a heart (Song From The Blueroom). It has a track called High As Monkeys - what more could you possibly want from an album?
Altogether now: "You've been away too long. It's lonely when you are gone..." _________________ "It's too beautiful to stay inside..." |

C'MON KIDS
coz it's weird and popdiddlyastic in equal measures
although you could almost say the same about WAKE UP!
and KINGSIZE is just perfection (or as close as yr gonna get... with the exception that I think Free Huey goes on just a little too long, but I've said that before, haven't I...)
wasn't there a new official Boo Radleys site talked of a while back? |

Love em' all, but, today is bank holiday mode (even though I'm at work), so, "Wake Up" got my vote. _________________ "mama, don't cry for me, I'm working in a food factory" |

They released two masterpieces in the 90’s GS and KS. Few bands like Pulp, Pavement, Radiohead, Built to Spill, and Super Furry Animals did that.
I have found out one thing, the hardcore fan like me, love
Kingsize
best because…
I have played no other album more than
Kingsize
since it’s release. I ranked it, on my main posting board, third (all time of any) album ever released. |
