no. their appearance has nothing to do with what they are.

what about jimmy carr? he's a disgrace to the name. you would think that a prerequisite of being a funny man would be the ability to be, i dunno, funny? and he flogs fucking volvic on every show he gets interviewed on. i'm on my knees in front of the telly begging him pleeeeeze, just say one funny thing, just one, pleeeeeeeze...

ditto for 96.9% of comedians on the telly.

Haha! What a great misunderstanding!

I watched my Eddie Izzard 'Circle' DVD again last night, he's great and doesn't have to take the piss out of anyone to be funny. I put the Swedish subtitles on to try and help my New Years' language-learning resolution, but unfortunately it didn't seem to help too much, except that I no know the word for Jesusdiscs.
