They are also essential in african peanut soup (sounds crap, but very, very good). Saute a large chopped onion with a tablespoon or two of fresh grated ginger, a healthy dose cayanne pepper and some chopped garlic. Throw in a few chopped carrots. Cover with water. Add some chopped sweet potato and a nice veggie soup cube. Simmer until it's all tender then blend it up. Add a cup of tomato juice and a cup of natural peanut butter. Salt and pepper it if needed. Garnish with chopped green onions. Fucking delicious! |

Sweet potatoes à la mixedcasesspaces are ace !
I made some pancakes today.
pancakes + apple jam + sugar = mmm yummy
now they're all in my tummy.
