so These are the Days is going to be the first Paperlung single! brave to choose a slow song but a good song to send out to hail their existence. I collared Sice at last night's gig and he said he was pleased with the recording session so I'm looking forward to hearing the finished version.

small, odd venue, called Number 10 - placed in a tatty bit of Golborne Road with wine bar deco but some kind of post-punk aesthetic too. lousy, muffled sound so poor che didn't get to hear much more than distortion through my mobilee. not much room for the snow man to dance either though he still strutted his stuff for us!

I made a cock up in one of the songs yesterday and it was so obvious i even got a cheer, rock and roll!!

I've just realised as well that SnowMan makes me sound like a massive cocaine addict.. i swear mum, i never touch the stuff!!
