Ain't no cane on the brazos
A version by the Black Crowes from a recording of a show from 2006.

You lot really ought to grow your hair and become old hippies. There's something to be said for it you know. Organic & homegrown is where it's at Cool

Cracking version of Bob's Girl From The North Country on there too.

C'mon kids (?) the last two TOTD have been mine, if someone doesn't put one on here soon I'm going to put something really crap as Tune of The Day!

Consider this your first warning.

Erm... El Scorcho by Weezer. Because 'Rock Band' on the Xbox 360 loves it.

Is everyone else on holiday? Confused

untitled demo 1 vocal by the fauns.

i love the fauns. they don't play enough gigs. but an album is meant to be coming and their myspace site is littered with gems so its easy to stay into 'em.

And in yet another '90s throwback session......

The Bluetones - Return To The Last Chance Saloon

I had forgotten how much I liked this at the time, it's bloody brilliant!

I can see why I like it too, given my penchant for blues/rock like The Stones, Black Crowes, early Rod Stewart etc.

Cool

My tune of the day is...

Air War by Crystal Castles

It's quite strange and almost hypnotic, but it's ace.
Check it out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDbPmqKoSko
