does that mean that its shit or good? I have heard mixed reviews of the new one and haven't listened to a mogwai record since rock action which i thought was pretty fucking ace.

Wasn't Rock Action the last one?

Mr Beast is damn good. I think it's their best album since the very first one. Quiet and loud, perfect for a sunday morning.

Happy Music For Happy People was their most recent. And fucking brilliant it is too. The trailer music for Film Four used bits of it a while back.

Mogwai are amazing. I was very excited about Mr Beast. The bonus DVD is fun too, about the recording of the album. I have tickets to their Albert Hall show too, that's going to be probably the greatest gig I'll ever go to...
