is germany the dullest country in europe? (like the people but it always leaves me underwhelmed... haven't been to berlin yet though so that could change my mind!) _________________ Britain... It's not that Great! |

Germany is without question the most underated country in Europe.
Berlin is my favourite European city, so much so in fact that I'm off out there again in July.
Go there! It's only 57p or something on Easyjet. |

No way!! I think Germany is one of the most interesting and exciting countries in the world never mind europe! It always amazes me that this sterotype of the dour punctual german humour vacuum still exists! Berlin and Cologne are amazing cities, full of unbelievable vibrancy and culture. I love germany.

Think so, I believe more in there could be but I don't know...I'm happy with not knowing I guess and just waiting and see what happens.
I would LIKE for there to be.
Kinkster, could you elaborate the sister thing? (the reason I asked about the parent thingie, someone on the radio said she'd fallen for her boyfriend's MOTHER!)

Oh it's a very simple explanation! The last girl I went out with, before meeting the love of my life - I was totally in love with her sister!!

I assume "oink" is a typo rather than some kind of subliminal biasing the answer against Syd! Anyway: Sid Barret Pink Floyd.
Q: why do crinkle cut chips taste better, even though objectively you know they're exactly the same? _________________ Scattershot Writing: www.jameseverington.blogspot.com |

Definitely, you think you're getting more crisp for your money as well which is always good. Monster Munch taste rubbish now they've stopped containing real Monsters and have been rebranded as a baked corn snack though.
If you were a famous popstar and Jools Holland insisted on playing rinky dink piano along to one of your tunes on Later would you:
a) let him or
b) tell him where to stick his instrument.
I quite like that song Travis just played on Later. I like that and the Manics song, I officially 'Your Dad'. Your mum will deny it if you ask her though. |
