As before, when he gave us a long answer to all those questions we sent him here on the board, I'm impressed with the blog's openness, honesty and modesty. The blog gives a lovely peek at what he's been doing and the reality of life as a jobbing musician (hope that isn't an insulting phrase to use).

Looking forward to the new album very much!

Yeah, I liked the blog as well! Hopefully Martin writes again some time soon when he's too bored. Smile I'm really looking forward to the new album too, I'm sure it will be good.
What do you think of the songs on the new EP, gillie? Rolling Eyes

'I Pledge Resistance to the Flag' stands out straight away as a very strong track, musically and lyrically, probably my favourite. 'The Bombmaker' is really atmospheric but I'm not really getting what it's about. Sounds familiar too, I wonder whether he played it at one of the laptop gigs I saw recently. Listening to them one after the other, I have to say they're a bit likely to bring me down a bit! They're like a family of songs, they all seem to relate to each other both musically and lyrically...They're all very Bravecaptain but with less of his singing than the album tracks, they also have a slightly different character.
