3 months notice!?! Blimey you must be massively important Kinkster. The first thing you should do is write a list of reasons to stay and reasons to go and keep adding to it for a couple of days before you do anything, handing in your notice is never quite as good as you think its going to be. I always imagine that my boss will start crying and say the company will fall apart without me but that hasn't happened so far.

What are you planning to do if you go, random fun travelling, get another job in the UK or something else?
